Well, in spite of my lack of experience at installing window AC units, it is now installed and keeping my bonus room cool...AND I don't have to crank down the thermostat for the main unit to like 68 degrees to keep it cool up here (you know, 72 upstairs...below freezing downstairs). I didn't drop it, it's mounted at the right angle, and nothing has exploded...yet.

Band practice went good last night. The songs were simple. Even the new song, "Caught in the Moment," sounded pretty good...not ready for this Sunday just yet, but good. I'm still loving the new Fender guitar...it plays so much better than the Epilady..um...Epiphone, and it sounds better, too. W00t.

Afterwards, we headed to Casa del Kyle...I mean, Applebee's. Food was pretty good there, but we all overloaded on desserts. Wait, ...all of us meaning everyone but Eric, who - for either financial or fitness reasons - did the smart thing. I...must...repent....but chocolate is...so..good...

Today, it's supposed to rain...but where is it? The radar is clear...so maybe I'll work on my garage or yard some more...
