I was wrong...
Friday can be just as blah as Thursday. Oh, well...today it's a combination of things: Kailyn seems to not be feeling well and is sluggish/sleepy, the weather is gloomy, and I've not gotten much sleep the past couple of nights.
Oh, well...life goes on.
One thing that did strike me funny today: I looked out the window a little bit ago and saw Dave across the street. He had apparently just gotten home (he'd ridden to work with his bro). But what was funny is the whole image: Dave - in shorts, a t-shirt, and a hat, carrying a bag, standing in front of the front door waiting for someone to come unlock it so he could go inside. He looked like a big, deranged kid who'd just gotten home from school :-)
Heheh...well, I thought it was a funny image, anyway.
-Sigh- Am I that blah today?
KEY PHRASES: "For anyone who’s sensitive to this type of thing, the Heaven vs. Hell theme in "Painkiller" incorporates gratuitous use of traditionally satanic symbols such as the pentagram, uses well known biblical characters in roles that might not be easily accepted in Christendom, has enemies that are demonic representations of theologians, and presents its own theology. If these things will bother you or someone in your household, you’re going to want to steer clear of this title." - From the Avault.com review of Painkiller. (I just thought this quote relevant given the fact that the content of the game shocks some yet appeals to others in our group. My view? It's just a game...hehehe).
